Miller Re-elected Chair of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-food
Ottawa- Larry Miller, MP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound – would like to thank his colleagues for their confidence in re-electing him Chair of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-food.
“I look forward to getting back to work at the committee to complete our competitiveness report and addressing the important challenges facing the hog and beef industries and the entire agriculture sector,” said Miller.
“I also want to congratulate my Vice Chairs Mark Eyking and André Bellavance for their re-election,” said Miller.
Mr. Miller is the 42nd person to Chair the Agriculture Committee and is the 23rd Chair from Ontario and the third MP from Bruce County to sit as Chair.
