Wendel Clark to attend event in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound
Owen Sound, ON- MP Larry Miller announced today that Wendel Clark will be hosted in his riding of Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound in support of the Bruce-Grey Child and Family Services Foundation (BGCFS).
Clark will be supporting a fundraising event held by BGCFS Foundation by speaking and taking part in a question and answer session. The fundraising event will also include a live auction of sports memorabilia.
“I am very pleased to have a former NHL player like Wendel coming to Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound,” said Miller. “Having his support for this event will certainly help raise the funds needed to assist children and families in the riding.”
The event will take place on Friday, September 28th, 2012 at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound.
