MP Larry Miller Encourages Organizations to Apply for Funding Through Enabling Accessibility Fund

Ottawa, ON – Larry Miller, MP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound, is encouraging organizations to submit proposals for funding for projects that aim to create or enhance accessibility for people with disabilities through the Enabling Accessibility Fund.

Projects eligible for funding include, but are not limited to renovations, construction and retrofitting of buildings, modification of vehicles for community use or enhancements to make information and communication technologies more accessible.

Organizations can submit proposals until October 5th, 2012, and can receive up to $50,000 per project. For more information on the Enabling Accessibility Fund please visit www.hrsdc.gc.ca/disability.
